Hi everyone, I’m 28 and my periods have been very irregular for the last 3–4 months. Sometimes they come early, sometimes very late, and the flow changes each time. I’ve also been having mild pelvic discomfort on and off, not exactly painful but noticeable. I’m not on any new medications, and my stress levels haven’t changed much. Has anyone gone through something like this? I’m thinking about seeing a gynecologist but wanted to hear from others first.
