As an expat, I recently switched careers from an office job to working as a taxi driver with Dubai RTA. While the change gave me stable employment, I’m facing new challenges: long working hours, constant traffic stress, and little time for rest. I feel burned out and question whether management policies truly support driver wellbeing. Is it ethical for companies to demand such exhausting schedules without providing proper mental health support? How can expats in similar roles raise concerns about workplace ethics and burnout without risking their job security?
